Made-to-Order & Processing Time

All Orange Sunday items areΒ made to order. Please allow up toΒ 14 business daysΒ (2 weeks) for production before shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing timeline.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Times

We shipΒ worldwideΒ from our fulfillment center inΒ China. Delivery times vary based on destination and courier service but may take longer than usual for international orders due to customs processing or carrier delays. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, butΒ they are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. In some cases, shipping fees may increase after your order is placed due to carrier adjustments or destination-specific surcharges. In such cases, you will have the option to either:

  • Pay the difference, or

  • Cancel your order for aΒ full refund.

If you do not respond to a shipping fee update request within 5 business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Please double-check your order and shipping details before checkout. We areΒ not responsibleΒ for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages lost due to address errors
  • Unclaimed or refused shipments

Reshipping fees may apply for returned or undeliverable orders.

Risk & Liability

Once an order is handed over to the carrier,Β risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our terms, including processing and shipping times.Β Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with full evidence of order fulfillment, tracking information, and proof of customer acknowledgment of our policies.
