Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are made to order. As such, we kindly ask that you carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging and quality-checking our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us withinΒ 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

To assist you efficiently, please include the following in your message:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include aΒ replacementΒ orΒ store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds unless required by applicable law.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or credit.
